It is important that you feel at ease with your photographer. This will ensure that on the day of your wedding you can relax and enjoy your 'special day'.
Initially, we will invite you to come to the studio for a consultation and to view our work. We will discuss the style of your wedding day:- the date, time and location of your wedding, how many venues you wish us to visit for taking photographs, whether you want formal and informal shots, colour and/or black and white, the number of bridesmaids, guests and what is your upper budget. We will then provide you with some cost illustrations.
We offer a wide range of wedding 'packages':-from a preview book for you to keep along with a CD of low resolution images; a DVD of high resolution images; right through to traditional and contemporary albums. However we can be flexible and will be happy to discuss with you your individual requirements.
A non-refundable booking fee of £175 is required to secure the booking of all weddings, with the remaining balance payable by mutual arrangement (depending on the "package" agreed).
John will take both formal and informal images of your Special Day. These will be available in colour and black and white. He will not limit the number of images taken on the day.
On the day of your wedding we provide small cards on each table giving all your guests details of the website and how they can view and order prints of your images online if they wish, PASSWORD PROTECTED of course. The bride and groom will be able to view their images before their guests, as is tradition.
After your wedding your ‘password protected’ images will be uploaded onto our page 'Your Images' for you, your relations and guests to view. The images can be ordered from the website, or can be ordered directly from John.
Depending on the Collection / Package you have chosen:-
We will give you a Professional Display Book (preview book) containing thumbnail images for you to keep, along with a CD of low resolution images. Once you have chosen your favourite images from the book,CD or online, you can place the order for your main album directly with John. You will then receive your prints on genuine photographic paper if you have chosen an album from our "Traditional" range.
OR
If you prefer to choose from one of our"Packages" then you will receive a Professional Display Book,CD and the online viewing facility, same as the above, but these "Contemporary" wedding books are crafted by the Italian `Graphistudio`company.

You will receive a DVD of full resolution images if that is the option you have chosen.
"Collections"
Our "Traditional" Albums
We offer 4 main collections. However, if you would like a collection with various sizes of prints up to and including 10”X 8” please ask for a price and quantity to suit you. OR if you wish to discuss different ways of either enhancing or reducing the “Collections” we will be happy to oblige. Quantities in each main album can be varied on request with a corresponding change in price.
In all cases enlargements will be made on Quality Lustre paper in colour, and a selection of attractive overlays will be used to enhance each picture of your choice. However, we are flexible:-
° If you would like your photos printed on gloss paper; an album without overlays; or photos in black & white? PLEASE ASK!
THE “PLATIGNUM” COLLECTION
The “Platignum” gives you a minimum of 150 proof photographs*.
From these you can choose 40 to be enlarged to 8”x 6” Lustre prints. These will then be displayed in an album of your choice from the “Traditional” range.
This collection is complimented with overlays of various shapes and colours, of your choice, to enhance the presentation.

THE “GOLDEN” COLLECTION
The “Golden” offers you a minimum of 120 proof photographs*
30 of these to be enlarged to 8”x 6” Lustre prints to be displayed in an album from one of the “Traditional” range
You will be able to choose various shapes and colours of overlays also included with this collection to further enhance the look of your photographs.

THE “DIAMOND” COLLECTION
The “Diamond” offers you less choice than the above collections.
Initially you will receive at least 100 proof photographs.*
From these you will be asked to choose 24 for enlarging to 8”x 6” Lustre prints displayed in an album
from one of the "Traditional" range.
Colours and shapes of overlays are of the same quality as used in the above collections.

The “Opal” has been designed for couples wishing to have a smaller album than any of the above collections.
You will receive 80 proof photographs* (minimum).
From these you can choose 18 to be enlarged to 8”x 6” Lustre prints and placed in an album from one of the “Traditional” range.
Overlays will be used to compliment once again, you pick the colour, we will pick the shapes.

Our Contemporary 'Wedding Books' by Graphistudio
For clients seeking a more contempory wedding album, we are pleased to offer contemporary 'Wedding Books' from the Graphistudio Range. Italian Designers will transform your wedding photographed by John Morgan fotoservices, into a unique hand bound storybook. The images are printed directly onto the page and bound into a real book, creating a treasured memory of your wedding day that will last for many generations.
The Wedding book is available in a variety of themes and sizes - We have given details for the "Design" Style and "Reportage" Style of layout, as we feel that these best compliment our style of photography.
In addition to the above packages, Parent's and Guest books can be made as exact copies of your wedding book. Please ask us for details. All packages include your wedding proofs on-line for 12 weeks, password protected, and prints can be ordered directly on-line by your family and guests.
"Design" is a collection of soft blended backgrounds and multiple image sequences.
"Reportage" is a contemporary collection with multiple sizes, designed for a larger number of photo's where classical, detailed and casual pictures are used.

Wedding Prices
Our prices range from £470 up to £2000 depending on your requirements.
# Discounts for Civil Ceremonies, Registry Office OR Mid-Week weddings exist @ £35 off the above collection prices.
All prices are inclusive and a picture for the Local Newspaper is provided if you wish.
Distance is no object but prices may be adjusted accordingly (please ask for details).
